HOW DOES THE ‘30 DAYS FREE’ WORK?

You have 30 days to try ClanHR for free with access to the full features, with no commitment. We won’t even ask for your credit card information. In the end, if you do not subscribe, your account will be suspended until you make a payment.

DO I HAVE TO COMMIT TO A LONG TERM CONTRACT?

No. With ClanHR there is no commitment. You can cancel your subscription whenever you need.

DO I HAVE ACCESS TO CUSTOMER SUPPORT?

Yes. Support is included for all our users even in trial. You can contact us using the message box available on the right bottom corner of the app.

WHAT ARE THE AVAILABLE SUBSCRIPTIONS?

You can choose between a 1 year and a 3 months subscription. However, the 1 year subscription will allow you to save 20%.

WILL THE PRICE CHANGE IF I ADD OR REMOVE EMPLOYEES FROM MY ACCOUNT?

In the subscriptions, the amount paid goes into your account balance and every month we remove the value corresponding to your number of employees on the last day of that month.

This way, the end date of your subscription will be adjusted according to your account’s balance.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS TO ACCESS CLANHR?

ClanHR only requires a modern browser such as Firefox, Safari, Chrome, Internet Explorer 11 or MS Edge with JavaScript enabled.
